摘要
文章探讨了无障碍环境的概念和发展历程,分析了南京市无障碍停车位的现状及存在问题.通过调研总结了无障碍停车位在普及率、设计合理性、配建比例和管理体制等方面的不足,同时借鉴欧美国家的无障碍停车位设置策略,提出了南京市无障碍停车位改进的建议,包括扩大覆盖范围、灵活调整配建比例、加强设计规范和管理体制建设,以提升无障碍停车位的实用性和便捷性,满足残疾人群体的需求.
Abstract
This paper explores the concept and development of accessible environments,with a focus on analyzing the current situation and issues related to accessible parking spaces in Nanjing.Through field surveys,the study summarizes deficiencies in the coverage,design rationality,allocation ratio,and management system of accessible parking spaces.The paper also draws on strategies from the U.S.,Australia,and the U.K.for setting accessible parking spaces and proposes improvements for Nanjing.These include expanding coverage,flexibly adjusting the allocation ratio,enhancing design standards,and strengthening management systems to improve the practicality and convenience of accessible parking spaces,thereby meeting the needs of people with disabilities.
