波纹钢腹板组合框架边节点耐火极限数值分析

文章采用有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立波纹钢腹板框架边节点在ISO834标准升温曲线下承受四面火灾作用的分析模型,分析梁、柱和节点核心区截面的温度场分布,并将节点温度-时间曲线和位移-时间曲线的计算值与试验值进行对比验证.研究了不同截面尺寸下梁端火灾荷载比、柱顶火灾荷载比、梁截面配筋率和柱截面含钢率对节点耐火极限的影响.结果发现,梁端火灾荷载比和柱顶火灾荷载比对边节点耐火极限的影响效果显著,荷载比越大,耐火极限越小;当节点发生柱破坏时,节点耐火极限随梁截面配筋率和柱截面含钢率的提高而增大,当节点发生梁破坏时,梁截面配筋率和柱截面含钢率对耐火极限基本无影响;增大节点梁柱截面尺寸对提高节点耐火极限有明显帮助.
Numerical Analysis of the Fire Resistance Limit of the Side Joints of Composite Frame with Corrugated Steel Web
The finite element analysis software ABAQUS was used to establish the analysis model of the side joints of corrugated steel web frame under the four-sided fire according to the ISO834 standard heating curve.The temperature field distribution of the beam,column,and joint core section was analyzed,and the calculated values of the temperature-time curve and the displacement-time curve of the joint were compared with the test values.The influence of the fire load ratio of the beam end and the column top,the reinforcement ratio of the beam section,and the steel content of the column section on the fire resistance limit of the joints was studied under different section sizes.The results show that the fire load ratio of the beam end and the column top has a significant effect on the fire resistance limit of the side joints,and the larger the load ratio,the smaller the fire resistance limit.When the column is damaged at the node,the fire resistance limit of the joint increases with the reinforcement ratio of the beam section and the steel content of the column section.When the beam is damaged at the joint,the reinforcement ratio of the beam section and the steel content of the column section have little effect on the fire resistance limit.Increasing the size of the beam-column section of the joint is obviously helpful to improve the fire resistance limit of the joint.
