波纹钢腹板框架抗火性能及耐火保护方法研究

为研究波纹钢腹板框架抗火性能以及耐火保护方法,文章利用ABAQUS建立了波纹钢腹板框架在火灾下的有限元模型,并验证了模型的准确性,得出了其在不同荷载比下的耐火极限,发现并未达到国家规范中的一级/二级要求,在此基础上,研究了厚型防火涂料厚度对其耐火性能的影响,结果表明,梁、柱荷载比为0.4,相对于无涂料的波纹钢腹板框架,涂料厚度为7 mm~9 mm时,波纹钢腹板梁的耐火极限提高了 2.2~2.7倍,波纹钢腹板柱的耐火极限至少提高了 1.5倍,耐火时间达到了 3 h未破坏.当波纹钢腹板梁、柱防火涂料厚度均相同,且在同一荷载比下时,波纹钢腹板梁耐火极限的提高效果比波纹钢腹板柱更加明显.
Research on Fire Resistance and Fire Resistance Protection Methods of Corrugated Steel Web Frame
In order to study the fire resistance and fire resistance protection methods of corrugated steel web frame,an ABAQUS finite element model of corrugated steel web frame under fire was established,and the accuracy of the model was verified.The fire resistance limit under different load ratios was obtained.It was found that it did not meet the requirements of Class Ⅰ/Ⅱ of the national specification.On this basis,the effect of the thickness of thick fireproof coating on their fire resistance performance was investigated,and the results showed that when the column load ratio is 0.4,compared with the corrugated steel web frame without coating,when the coating thickness is 7 mm~9 mm,the fire resistance limit of the corrugated steel web beam is increased by 2.2~2.7 times,the fire resistance limit of the corrugated steel web column is increased by at least 1.5 times,and the fire resistance time reaches 3 hours without damage.When the thickness of the fireproof coating of the corrugated steel web beam and column is the same,and under the same load ratio,the improvement effect of the fire resistance limit of the corrugated steel web beam is more obvious than that of the corrugated steel web column.
