Seismic Isolation Design for Residential Structures Above the Metro Depot
The residential buildings above the metro depot can simultaneously meet people's daily living and travel requirements. This paper focuses on seismic isolation design for this type of structure.Firstly, select the top of the large chassis as the seismic isolation interface with multiple seismic isolators, and set corresponding performance objectives for various structural components.Secondly, elastic analysis will be conducted under frequent earthquakes, fortification earthquakes, and rare earthquakes, with a focus on the tensile and compressive stress, horizontal displacement, seismic reduction coefficient, wind resistance, and overturning resistance of the seismic isolator.Performance-based design will also be carried out on relevant components.Finally,elastic-plastic analysis will be conducted under rare earthquakes to obtain the story drift ratio, structural component damage, and energy consumption proportion of the seismic isolator. The results indicate that using interlayer seismic isolation is an effective seismic fortification measure for residential buildings above the metro depot. The design methods mentioned in this paper can provide some reference for similar seismic isolation design.
