Experimental Study on Air Bubbles on the Surface of Shield Tunnel Segments
One of the important links of shield construction is the shield segment production,where bubbles are a common quality problem.The bubbles will not only reduce the strength and service life of shield segments but also have adverse effects on the safety,economy,environmental protection,and other aspects of shield construction.Therefore,studying the prevention and control of bubbles in the production of shield segments has practical significance and important value.Relying on the subway project under construction in Nantong,through the study of concrete raw materials,mix ratio,and production process factors,the factors affecting the surface bubbles of the shield segment are analyzed,and a series of methods for guiding and controlling the surface bubbles of the segment are proposed.As a result,a good application outcome has been obtained in production practice.
