地铁基坑为地下4层结构,最大深度33.2 m.基坑揭露地层主要为杂填土、淤泥质粉质黏土及粉土粉砂,地层富含微承压水.基坑西端头附近有正在运营的地铁线路,北侧有220 kV架空高压线和U型槽公路通道.为有效控制基坑地表沉降,保护周边建筑物和基坑自身安全,主要采用了 TRD槽壁加固、水泥土裙边及基坑抽条加固改良土层的地基处理方法;1200 mm厚地下连续墙+内支撑体系,局部施加轴力伺服系统的支撑体系;按需降水+备用回灌井降排水技术,有效控制了基坑变形.
Complete Set of Deformation Control Technology for Subway Ultra-deep Foundation Pits
The subway foundation pit is a four-story underground structure with a maximum depth of 33.2 meters.The exposed strata in the foundation pit mainly consist of miscellaneous fill soil,silty clay,and silty sand,and the strata are rich in slightly pressurized water.There is an operating subway line near the western end of the foundation pit,and a 220 kV overhead high-voltage line and U-shaped groove road passage on the north side.In order to effectively control the surface settlement of the foundation pit,protect the safety of surrounding buildings and the foundation pit itself,the foundation treatment method mainly adopts TRD groove wall reinforcement,cement soil skirt edge,and foundation pit strip reinforcement to improve the soil layer.The 1 200 mm thick underground continuous wall and internal support system,supported by a locally applied axial force servo system.The technology of on-demand precipitation and backup recharge well drainage.All these solutions effectively control the deformation of the foundation pit.
