南京市某项目基坑支护设计方案比选与优化

文章结合南京市某项目基坑支护工程实例,对基坑规模小、开挖深度8.75 m的支护设计方案进行了比选.综合考虑结构安全性、施工便利性、施工工期、经济性等因素,确定悬臂式灌注桩支护方案.再依据钻孔灌注桩施工阶段现场地下水的情况,优化基坑止降水设计,降低造价.经工程实践检验,该基坑支护方案设计合理,实际效果良好.
Comparison and Optimization of Foundation Pit Support Design Schemes for a Certain Project in Nanjing
This paper combines an example of a foundation pit support project in Nanjing to compare and select support design schemes with a small foundation pit scale and excavation depth of 8.75 m.Taking into account factors such as structural safety,construction convenience,construction period,and economy,a cantilever cast-in-place pile support scheme is determined.Based on the on-site groundwater situation during the construction stage of drilled cast-in-place piles,optimize the design of foundation pit dewatering to reduce costs.After engineering practice verification,the design of the foundation pit support scheme is reasonable and the actual effect is good.
