复杂环境条件长条深基坑施工对临近建筑物影响研究

在建筑密集区域进行深基坑开挖,必将扰动周边土层,导致建筑变形.文章依托南京某长条形深基坑工程,基于工程所处的复杂地质条件、周边环境特点,优化工程设计和施工措施,保护周边建筑物变形,信息化动态监测周边不同基础形式建筑的变形,对深基坑和周边建筑物的监测数据进行综合对比分析.结果表明,采取的设计和施工措施有效控制了深基坑的变形,监测数据在监测控制限值以内;不同基础形式的建筑物变形量相差较大.针对不同基础形式的建筑物监测变形规律,提出对于临近的整板基础和天然地基建筑物设置隔离桩,以减少围护结构施工对周边环境的影响.
Study on the Effect of Long Strip Foundation Pit Engineering for Neighboring Buildings under Complex Environmental Conditions
To excavate the deep foundation pit in buildings dense area,it will disturb the surrounding soil,cause buildings deformation.This paper takes a long strip foundation pit engineering project in Nanjing as an example.Based on the complex geological conditions and surrounding environmental characteristics,it optimizes engineering design and construction measures to protect the deformation of surrounding buildings.Informatization dynamic monitoring tracks the buildings'deformation of different foundations.A comprehensive comparative analysis of monitoring data from the deep foundation pit and surrounding buildings shows that the design and construction measures effectively controlled the deformation of the deep foundation pit.The monitoring data of the foundation pit are all within the monitoring control limits,while the deformation of different building foundations varies greatly.To address buildings deformation laws of buildings with different basic forms,it is proposed to set up isolation piles to reduce the impact of the construction of the enclosure structure on the surrounding buildings with whole floor foundations and natural foundations.
