随着城市轨道交通及其周边工程建设的不断发展,地铁周边的基坑支护安全正在受到广泛重视.文章主要针对无锡地铁1号线临近的山姆会员店项目基坑支护方案进行对比分析,确定采用预应力鱼腹式钢支撑体系替代传统的混凝土支撑体系,可以很大程度上节约工期及造价.同时,通过有限元分析及基坑实时监测数据,验证了该支撑体系安全可靠.本项目所采用的大跨度钢支撑体系是在无锡地铁周边深基坑工程中的新尝试,也符合绿色岩土工程的理念.
Application of Fabricated Steel Support System Consisting of Prestressed Fish-bellied Beams in the Deep Foudation Pits Near Wuxi Metro
With the development of urban rail transit and its surrounding engineering construction,the safety of foundation pit support around the subway has been given more attention.This paper mainly analyzes the foundation pit support scheme of Sam's Club Project near Wuxi Metro Line 1.The fabricated steel support system consisting of prestressed fish-bellied beams is determined to replace the traditional concrete supporting system,the construction period and cost are greatly saved.At the same time,the finite element analysis and real-time monitoring data of foundation pit verify the safety and reliability of the support system.The large-span steel support system of this project is a new attempt in the deep foundation pit engineering around Wuxi Metro,and also conforms to the concept of green geotechnical engineering.
