Research on Quality Testing Technology of Reverse Method One-pile and One-column Vertical-column Pile
With the popularity of reverse construction in China,it is particularly important to ensure the perpendicularity of one-pile and one-column vertical-column pile in the construction process.The method of embedding an inclinometer pipe on the column is adopted to realize the real-time test of the vertical degree of the column.After the construction is completed,the embedded acoustic test tube is used to detect the inner concrete of the steel pipe column and the pile under the column by the acoustic transmission method,and the quality of the inner concrete is tested by drilling the core,which effectively ensures the construction quality of the column pile.
