Key Technological Innovation and System Integration of Green and Low-carbon Prefabricated Wall Decoration
In response to the shortcomings of traditional wall decoration methods,such as uneven surfaces,susceptibility to cracking,and exceeding formaldehyde standards,this paper develops key technologies and systems for green and low-carbon prefabricated wall decoration in combination with multiple business scenarios.At the core of this system is the rapid automatic leveling device composed of M-shaped supporting keels and front-end hexagonal-adjustment components,which can adjust the height of the supporting surface leveling system.Additionally,the prefabricated decora-tive wall panels and ceiling systems for wall tops,corners,and background walls can meet various decoration and fire protection requirements,which can successfully overcome technical difficulties such as wall surface leveling and complex installation of decorative panels,and realize the precise connection of surface decoration materials with the flexibility to adjust wall flatness for different wall conditions.
