摘要

超高层建筑具有容积率高、建筑体量大,使用人员多,人员集中且密集、在遭遇火灾时火势蔓延迅速等特性,本文从总图设计出发,通过对超高层总图设计中的建筑布局、防火间距、消防登高场地、消防车道、消防设施以及总图施工图审查等方面对超高层建筑的总图消防设计进行探讨与分析,从而总结在超高层建筑的总图设计工作中的相关注意要点.

Abstract

Super high-rise buildings have the characteristics of high plot ratio,large building volume,large number of concentrated and dense personnel,and rapid fire spread in the event of a fire.Starting from the general layout design,this article explores and analyzes the general fire protection design of super high-rise buildings from the aspects of building layout,fire separation distance,fire climbing sites,fire lanes,fire protection facilities,and general construction drawing review,so as to summarize the related precautions in the general layout design of super high-rise
