Research on Overall Planning Model of District and County Urban Renewal——Case study of a county-level city in Sichuan Province
Urban renewal is an important lever for urbanization upgrading in recent years.It is not only the national policy orientation,but also an important task of urban renewal by promoting pilot first,benchmarking demonstration,exploring the sustainability of urban renewal,and summarizing replicable model so as to promote high-quality urban development.This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of district and county urban renewal,and conducts targeted practical research on the establishment of district overall planning mechanism,model research,implementation and landing,and community operation,etc.,which provides reference for the innovation,implementation and sustainable development of district overall planning projects,and plays a demonstration and promotion role for the study of district and county urban renewal model.
