摘要
2019年绍兴颁布了《绍兴古城保护利用条例》并正式实施.围绕绍兴古城"一城三故里"总体布局,整体推进绍兴古城有机更新,并取得了"文化传承、城市更新、民生改善"一举三得的古城保护利用成果.但在保护、利用、建设的过程中,会碰到老旧建筑或地下室的保留或部分拆除,如何在狭小的施工环境、复杂的周边环境、原始图纸缺失等诸多不利条件下,采用"绣花"功夫做好"织补",让绍兴千年古城逐渐焕发新姿、展现新貌,是我们在项目建设过程中需要思考和探究的问题.
Abstract
Shaoxing Municipality issued and officially implemented the"Regulations on the Protection and Utilization of Shaoxing Ancient Cities"in 2019.Focusing on the overall layout of"One City,Three Hometowns"in the ancient city of Shaoxing,the organic renewal of the city has been promoted,and achievements have been made in the protection and utilization of the ancient city,which have achieved"cultural inheritance,urban renewal,and improvement of people's livelihoods".However,in the process of protection,utilization and construction,there are challenges such as the preservation or partial demolition of old buildings or basements.How to use"embroidery"to do a good job of"weaving"in the narrow construction environment,complex surrounding environment,missing original drawings,as well as many other unfavorable conditions,so that the millennium old city of Shaoxing could gradually shine with new colors and present new image,which is a problem need to be considered and explored in the project construction process.
