摘要

本文针对综合管廊中矮边墙成型线型效果差,混凝土浇筑成型后钢筋保护层厚度不一等存在的不足,介绍了一种在竖直部上安装定位方钢的新型矮边墙模板,并详细阐述了新型矮边墙模板施工技术.新型矮边墙模板施工便捷,安全性高,满足规范要求,在施工过程中节约项目成本,避免产生量废渣、扬尘,减少建筑废渣,为国内其他类似项目提供一个可行的新型矮边墙施工方案.

Abstract

In view of the shortcomings of the low-side wall in the comprehensive pipe corridor,such as the poor molding effect and the different thickness of the reinforcement protective layer after the concrete casting,this paper introduces a new type of low-side wall formwork which installs the locating square steel on the vertical part,and expounds the construction technology of new-type low-side wall formwork in detail.The new-type low-side wall formwork can be constructed conveniently and safely,meet the standard requirements,save the project cost during the construction process,avoid producing waste residue and dust,and reduce the construction waste,aiming to provide a feasible new-type low-side wall construction program for other similar projects in China.
