Research on Design Strategy for All-age Public Space Renovation in Old Communities——Case study of Liya Garden in Guangzhou project
With the acceleration of China's urban renewal process,residents are paying more and more attention to the renovation of public space in residential areas.In view of the main problems such as insufficient area of public activity space,single function,old public facilities,and poor green-ing effect in the old community,this paper takes Liya Garden project as the object of transformation,and proposes the transformation idea of building"all-age community",through stimulating the vitality of public space,improving greening environment and public facilities,optimizing the road traffic system,which could provide suitable living environment and facilities for people of different ages,promote communication and interaction be-tween community residents,and improve the life quality of residents.
