High-quality Reform and Development Strategy Selection of State-owned Construction Enterprises based on AHP-SWOT Model——Case study of a state-owned construction enterprise
The high-quality reform promotes high-quality development in China.The state-owned construction enterprises are faced with problems such as large number of employees,large volume,high debt ratio and talent loss,and the sharp decline in business volume of enterprises leads to difficult operations.In order to explore the high-quality reform and development of state-owned construction enterprises,the internal advantages and disadvantages as well as external opportunities and threats are analyzed according to the domestic and foreign economic situation and the construction enterprises'own situation.The principle of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used for qualitative and quantitative analysis to find out the key factors affecting the high-quality reform and development of construction enterprises,so as the SWOT four-sided decision-making model.It provides a scientific basis for the strategic selection of high-quality reform and development of state-owned construction enterprises.
