近年来随着全过程工程咨询服务深入开展,全过程工程咨询的管理模式逐渐发挥越来越大的作用.医疗专项建设内容较为特殊也是医院项目的建设管理中把控的重难点之一.本文将根据笔者的相关医院管理经验,就如何在全过程工程咨询模式下做好政府投资医院项目医疗专项建设管理进行分析探讨.
Abstract
With the deepening of whole process engineering consulting services in recent years,the management model of whole process engineering consulting has gradually played an increasingly important role.The special content of medical specialties construction is also one of the key and difficult points to control in the construction and management of hospital projects.This article analyzes and explores how to effectively manage the medical specialties construction of government invested hospital projects under the whole process engineering consulting mode based on the author's relevant hospital management experience.
