With the increasing demand for transportation,it is urgent to carry out comprehensive reconstruction,because the old cement concrete road built in the early days has been seriously damaged,which may pose hidden safety risks during operation.In order to improve the road performance,it is imperative to adjust the current road conditions in the region,constantly strengthen the detection and evaluation of the technical conditions of old roads,and fulfill the established goals according to the requirements,so as to avoid the deviation effectively,and ensure that the final road quality can meet the regulatory requirements.The paper also analyzes the old road technical condition detection and evaluation in"White to Black"projects.A summary is made from multiple aspects,and specific strategies are finally put forward,in order to provide certain reference for relevant personnel.
