Research on Application of Digital Technology in Approval System Reform of Engineering Construction Projects——Taking Fujian Quanzhou City as an Example
This paper focuses on the government's work on the business environment to optimize the project approval process in the construction field.Taking Quanzhou City,Fujian Province as an example,this paper starts from the perspective of the utilization of digital technology,focuses on the digital transformation and approval system reform of the engineering construction projects in Quanzhou City,and points out the problems exist-ing in the current work system and mechanism,including in-sufficient institutional mechanism,dis-superior digitization system,not-sufficient data sharing,un-depth of the digital use.Specific digital reform ideas are proposed in terms of utilizing digitization for full data sharing,implementing intelligent review and approval,strengthening interaction between approval and supervision,and improving the quality and efficiency of reform.It is recommended to establish a systematic digitization of engineering management,so as to promote the reform of the engineering construction project approval system digitalization towards the intelligent direction of evolution,and apply to the whole life cycle of the project,which could provide ref-erence for the next stage of the digital reform of the engineering construction project approval system work.
