摘要
我国人口老龄化日趋严重,各地养老社区建设日渐增多,且多样化趋势明显.泰康(南京)养老社区针对中高档消费能力老龄人口,利用基地原有地貌和区位优势,规划设计富有田园特色的养老社区,为老年人提供多元化服务模式,努力实现"老有所养、老有所乐、老有所玩、老有所为"的开发目标.
Abstract
Since the aging of the Chinese population is becoming more and more serious,the construction of pension communities is increasing,and the trend of diversification is obvious.Taikang(Nanjing)pension community focuses on the elderly population with middle and high consumption capacity,uses the original landform and location advantages of the base to plan and design the pension community with pastoral characteristics,provides diversified service mode for the elderly,and strives to achieve the development goal of"elderly care,elderly enjoyment,elderly play,and elderly action".
