Discussion on Policy Status and Existing Problems of Municipal Sludge Treatment and Disposal Industry in China
Municipal sludge,as a byproduct of sewage treatment,its treatment and disposal status directly affect the normal operation of sewage treatment plants.At present,the country has introduced several policies related to sludge,but there are not many reports on its systematic analysis.This article starts with the policies issued by national departments,analyzes the management system of China's municipal sludge treatment and disposal industry,and studies the development and changes of national policies,and proposes relevant existing problems and suggestions.
