摘要
按照国家的号召旧楼改造已开始实施.本文以国旅长安大厦装修改造项目为例,在整个工程实施过程中,结合工程实际情况和创优要求,项目运用了3D扫描与BIM技术,并采取了一系列的新技术措施,加大对新产品、新技术、新工艺的推广和应用力度,最终实现了一次成优的目标,无论对建设单位还是施工单位而言,都取得了较好的社会效益和经济效益.
Abstract
In accordance with the call of the state,the renovation of the old building has begun to make great strides forward.Taking the renovation and renovation project of the Chang'an building of the National Brigade as an example,during the entire project implementation process,combining with the actual conditions of the project and the requirements for excellence,the project has used 3D scanning and BIM technology,and adopted a series of new technical measures to increase the promotion and application of new products,new technologies and new processes,and finally achieved the goal of one-time excellence,both for the construction units or construction units,have taken a good social and economic benefits.
