摘要

光纤泡沫铝板属于新型材料,凭借自重轻、强度高、隔声效果好、耐火耐高温、易加工切割开孔等优势,受到广泛关注.目前光纤泡沫铝板施工尚无操作规程和技术标准,常规的安装方式难以满足需求.本技术通过采用镶嵌安装工艺,有效解决光纤泡沫铝板安装的难题,保证了光纤泡沫铝板安装的稳定可靠性.

Abstract

Optical fiber foam aluminum plate is a new type of material,which is widely concerned by virtue of its advantages of light weight,high strength,good sound insulation,fire resistance and high temperature resistance,as well as easy machining and cutting.At present,there is no operation specification and technical standard for the construction of optical fiber foam aluminum plate,and the conventional installation method is difficult to meet the demand.This paper introduces a technology that can effectively solve the installation problem of optical fiber foam aluminum plate by adopting inlay fix process,and ensures the stability and reliability of optical fiber foam aluminum plate installation.
