摘要

针对国家对于新型装配式建筑"装饰一体化"的新要求,笔者研发设计了一种与装配式建筑相配套的,相对成熟的新型轻质结构一体化外围护系统,该系统兼顾良好的安全、保温隔热、防火、防水及隔声性能,实现了保温、装饰和结构功能的一体化集成,工厂化预制加工,现场装配式安装.本文简要介绍了该系统的设计理念,并进行了其标准板型和尺寸、建筑样板排版设计及主要原材料的选定.另外对其系统主要构造节点进行了优化设计,以确保选型的合理性及可靠性.

Abstract

In response to the new requirements for the"decoration integration"of new prefabricated buildings,a relatively mature new type of lightweight integrated envelope system that is compatible with prefabricated buildings is developed.The system takes into account good safety,thermal insulation,fire prevention,waterproofing,and sound insulation performance,achieving structural integration of insulation,decoration and functions,which fulfills factory prefabricated production,and on-site assembly installation.This article briefly introduces the design concept of the system,and conducts its standard board type and size,architectural template layout design,and main raw materials selection.In addition,the main construction nodes of the system have been optimized and designed to ensure the rationality and reliability of the selection.
