Application of Curtain Wall Construction Technology with High-pressure Heat-curing Wood Fiber Board in the New Airport Emergency Center Project
High-pressure heat-cured wood fiber board is a high-tech,green and environmentally friendly building wall decoration material,with ex-cellent characteristics such as impact resistance,UV resistance,weathering resistance,moisture resistance,and radiation resistance,which is suitable for curtain wall decoration.At present,there are still many difficulties in the processing and installation of high-pressure heat-cured wood fiber board curtain walls,including waterproofing of open curtain walls,deformation of panels,low efficiency of panel processing and cutting,and difficulties in on-site installation.This technology improves the entire process of sheet metal cutting,processing and cutting,and on-site installation.From multiple dimension optimization such as fixed length processing and installation structure of the surface layer board,the efficiency of cutting and processing is improved,the processing cycle is shortened,the anti-deformation performance is enhanced,and the construction difficulty is reduced,so that ideal construction results are achieved.
