断桥隔热铝合金窗与传统的塑钢门窗、铝塑门窗相比具有良好的隔热性能和防风性能,在建筑行业的应用非常广泛.但仍存在框梃密封不严、排水阀倒灌、框扇组角位置开裂、窗扇角部胶条老化等问题,极易引发渗漏风险.本技术针对断桥铝合金门窗密封工艺、窗框组合部位优化以及创新应用地漏式排水阀,有效改善门窗渗漏问题,具有一定推广价值.
esearch and Application of Anti-Leakage Structure Technology of Broken Bridge Aluminum Alloy Doors and Windows
Compared with traditional plastic-steel doors and windows and aluminum-plastic doors and windows,broken bridge insulated aluminum alloy windows have good thermal insulation and wind-proof performance,which are widely used in the construction industry.However,there are still some problems,such as weak sealing of the frame stiles,backflow of drainage valves,corner cracking of frame leaf assembly,aging of window corner rubber strips,which can easily lead to leakage risks.Aiming at optimizing the sealing process of broken bridge aluminum alloy doors and windows,and improving the window frame assembly parts,this technology makes innovative application of floor drain valve,so as to effectively improve the leakage of doors and windows,which has certain promotion value.
