Design Practice and Demonstration of Near Zero Energy Buildings in Low Carbon Parks in Cold Regions——Taking Building 8,Haichenyuan,Qingdao Free Trade Zone as example
The development of nearly zero energy buildings is one of the important ways to achieve Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality in the construction sector. As a leading low-carbon park in China,Haichenyuan of Qingdao Free Trade Zone actively implements the green and low-carbon concept, further improves the construction standards on the basis of ultra-low energy buildings, and explores the practice of near-zero energy buildings. This paper takes Building 8 of Haichenyuan as example, introduces the technical strategy of"passive priority, active optimization and low-carbon energy",combines with the application demonstration of photovoltaic building integration(BIPV)and technology of photovoltaic, energy storage, direct current, flexibility(PEDF),and realizes the goal of nearly zero energy buildings, which provides an excellent practical reference for the construction of near-zero energy buildings of public buildings in cold regions.
