本文以大型钢结构工业厂房--新疆协鑫硅业项目为例,探析Tekla Structures三维建模技术在钢结构建筑施工中的数字设计和智能建造应用.基于三维建模深化设计、详图创建、清单制作和软件二次开发等方面阐述Tekla在钢结构建筑施工中的数字化设计;结合工程实例施工阶段的构件制作、吊装、进度管控和工程结算等探析Tekla的智能化建造发展.本文从钢结构建筑的全周期管理中总结Tekla的数字设计与智能建造体系,为Tekla技术在装配式钢结构建筑的全生命周期管理中提供详尽的技术应用研究.
Research on Application Technology of Steel Structure Digital Design and Intelligent Construction Based on Tekla
This article takes the Xinjiang GCL Silicon Industry Project,a large-scale steel structure industrial plant,as an example to analyze the digital design and intelligent construction application of Tekla Structures three-dimensional modeling technology in steel structure building construction.The digital design application of Tekla in steel structure building construction is explained based on 3D modeling in-depth design,detailed drawing creation,inventory production and software secondary development.It also combines with the component production,hoisting,progress control and project settlement during the construction phase of the project cases to analyze Tekla's intelligent construction development.This article summarizes Tekla's digital design and intelligent construction system from the full life cycle management of steel structure buildings,and provides detailed technical application research for Tekla technology in the full life cycle management of prefabricated steel structure buildings.
