为了解决上海地区电力排管施工现场因场地狭长、材料繁多、周转期短等问题,本文研发了一种安全可靠、节能环保的装配式材料置物架.该置物架模块化的安装可以满足不同材料的堆放;集成化的堆放架可在短时间内完成安全、美观的要求;轻型硬质材料和易搬运的构造可降低运维成本.该设计利用BIM软件完成产品三维模型,包括整体产品装配方式,各个结构部件造型,实现产品可视化,并完成产品的小规模试制.
In order to solve the problems such as narrow construction site,abundant materials and short turnover period in the construction site of power pipeline in Shanghai,this article has developed a safe,reliable,energy-saving and environmental-friendly assembled material shelving.The modular installation of the rack can meet the stacking needs of different materials,the integrated stacking racks can achieve the safety and aesthetic requirements in a short period of time,and the light-weight hard material and the easy-to-carry structure can reduce the operation and maintenance cost.The design uses BIM software to complete a three-dimensional model of the product,including the assembly method of overall products and the shapes of various structural components,so as to achieve product visualization and realize small-scale product trial-manufacture.
