In order to reduce infections caused by air bacterial pollutants during surgery and improve the surgery success rate,it is required that the ventilation and air conditioning system should meet the appropriate temperature and humidity of the operating room, and maintain a reasonable airflow direction both indoors and outdoors, thereby reducing the concentration of indoor bacteria.According to current research, laminar flow ventilation systems are effective in reducing indoor suspended bacteria and surgical site infection rates.Humidity slightly higher than 50%can inhibit the growth of bacteria. The operating room temperature should meet the needs of both medical staff and patients, with a standard temperature range of 19-26℃ in various countries. The use of circulating air and ultraviolet air disinfection significantly reduces the total number of particles and the number of live particles in the air, thereby reducing the infection rate of surgical patients.
