钢结构主体近零能耗建筑门窗安装工艺探讨

随着国家对超低能耗建筑、近零能耗建筑的大力推广,我国被动式超低能耗建筑用门窗的发展迎来了新机遇和新挑战.自被动式房屋传入我国以来,被动式门窗多采用外挂式安装,但因其高昂的安装成本、材料成本和安全性等问题成为节能政策推广中的阻力.本文对被动窗的安装形式进行了总结,并结合保温结构一体化体系提出一种内嵌式的安装方式,对被动窗在以钢结构为主体的保温结构一体化体系上的门窗安装技术的发展及优化提供借鉴.
Discussion on Installation Technology of Nearly Zero Energy Building Doors and Windows with Steel Structure as Main Body
With the vigorous promotion of ultra-low energy buildings and nearly zero energy buildings in China,the doors and windows development of passive and ultra-low energy building in China has ushered in new opportunities as well as new challenges.Since the introduction of passive housing into China,passive doors and windows are mostly installed by external installation.But their high installation costs,material costs and safety problems have become the resistance in the promotion of energy-saving policies.This paper summarizes the installation forms of passive windows,and puts forward an embedded installation method combining with the integrated insulation-structure system,which provides reference for the development and optimization of the installation technology of passive doors and windows on the integrated insulation-structure system with steel structure as the main body.
