Research on Energy Efficiency Evaluation Models for Residential Buildings——Taking Jiaodong Residential Buildings as example
Based on the concern for living demand and residential design,This paper takes Jiaodong residential buildings as the object,creates a comprehensive energy-saving evaluation system from the two dimensions of architectural design factors and occupants'demand,constructs an energy efficiency evaluation model,and evaluates it with a farmhouse in Duanjiawa Village of Zhaoyuan City.It also analyses the impact of the rationality of the energy-saving design of the residential building on the indoor temperature and the construction cost,and discovers the design factors that are unfavorable to energy-saving as well as negative factors that do not satisfy the demands of the occupants,so that it can provide reference for energy efficiency design of residential building and the enhancement of the residents'well-being.
