摘要
自乡村振兴战略实施以来,围绕单一村庄开展的建设提升已无法满足乡村综合发展的需求,乡村连片发展开始引起广泛关注.本文基于"功能—网络"视角,以南京市浦口九峰山田园综合体规划为例,围绕功能整合,统筹总体发展布局,构建特色发展区;围绕网络联系,线路串联,打造(碽)主题乡村精品线路,对乡村连片地区规划的方法进行了研究,以期为同类型地区的规划设计提供参考.
Abstract
Since the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy,the construction and improvement around single village can no longer meet the needs of comprehensive rural development,and the development of rural contiguous areas has begun to attract widespread attention.From the perspective of"function-network",this article takes the planning of Jiufengshan Rural Complex in Pukou,Nanjing as an example,focusing on functional integration,coordinating the overall development layout,and constructing a characteristic development zone.A study was conducted on the planning methods for rural contiguous areas,focusing on network connections and connecting lines to create high-quality rural routes with a unique theme,which could provide reference for the planning and design of similar areas.
