基于SOR行为模型的建筑工人不安全行为仿真研究

以马斯洛动机理论为基础,结合SOR行为模型建立建筑工人不安全行为产生机理模型,基于个体、组织、环境维度构建了建筑工人不安全行为影响因素指标体系.以施工现场的建筑工人为研究对象,通过调查问卷的方式收集数据,采用BP神经网络对建筑工人不安全行为进行仿真.研究结果对建筑工人安全行为仿真提出了有效实施路径,为相关人员的管理决策能力提供支持,助力减少建筑工人不安全行为来减少安全事故发生的几率.
Simulation Study of Construction Workers'Unsafe Behavior Based on the SOR Behavioral Model
Based on Maslow's motivation theory,combined with the SOR behavioral model,a generation mechanism model of construction work-ers'unsafe behaviors is established.An index system of factors influencing construction workers'unsafe behaviors is constructed with the individual,organizational,and environmental dimensions.Taking the construction workers on the construction site as the research object,this paper collects the data through questionnaires,and uses the BP neural network to simulate the construction workers'unsafe behaviors.The results of the study proposed an effective implementation path for the simulation of construction workers'safe behavior,which provides support for the management decision-mak-ing ability of the relevant personnel,and helps to reduce the chances of safety accidents by reducing the unsafe behaviors of construction workers.
