近年来装配式硫氧镁墙板的使用越来越广泛,但是在使用过程中装配式硫氧镁墙板变形是最主要的一种质量通病.针对装配式硫氧镁墙板的生产工艺和安装工艺进行研究,通过实验研究,分析了硫氧镁基材饰面板在不同环境温度和湿度条件下的变形情况,并探讨了其变形机制.同时,提出了一些有效的抗变形措施,以解决硫氧镁基材饰面板在应用过程中出现的变形问题,为装配式硫氧镁墙板的使用推广提供借鉴.
Research and Solution on Deformation Resistance of Prefabricated MOC Substrate Decorative Panels
In recent years,the use of prefabricated magnesia oxychloride(MOC)wall panels has become increasingly widespread.However,defor-mation of the MOC panels during usage remains a significant quality issue.To address this,extensive research has been conducted on the production and installation processes of prefabricated MOC wall panels.Through experimental studies,the deformation of MOC substrate decorative panels under different environmental temperatures and humidity conditions has been analyzed,along with an exploration of the underlying mechanisms of deformation.Additionally,effective measures to mitigate deformation have been proposed to solve the deformation issues encountered during the ap-plication of MOC substrate decorative panels,which could provide references for the promotion and application of prefabricated MOC wall panels.
