Current Situation,Challenges and Suggestions for Green Building Development in China
Since the concept of"Green Building"was introduced to China in the mid-20th century,Green Buildings have achieved significant development in China.Since the 13th Five Year Plan period,the policy support conditions for Green Buildings in China have been sufficient.Relevant national standards and management systems have been continuously improved.The development scale and technical level have made a qualitative leap.The concept of green ecology has deeply rooted in people's hearts.However,under the background of"Carbon Peaking and Carbon Neutrality",the rapid development of Green Buildings also faces a series of problems and challenges.This article systematically reviews the development process,localization standards,and related policies of Green Buildings,and provides several suggestions for the current development status,problems and challenges faced,as well as the future development direction of Green Buildings,for discussion among the industry.
