Exploration of Standardized Sponge City Management Methods and Technologies under Planning and Control
The construction of Xiamen Sponge City relies on the"Spatial Planning Blueprint"and"Multi-planning Integration"information platform to strengthen planning and coordination capabilities,which utilizes the innovative management technology model of"Municipal Comprehensive Management + District Direct Management + Municipal Sponge Technology Research Center Review"in collaboration with government functional departments and technical service units.Focusing on project construction stages such as"construction goals,scheme design,process approval,construction inspection,and completion acceptance",the management and control of the entire project process can be realized.This paper also demonstrates the implementation of sponge project construction goals by analyzing the experience and practices of a Sponge City project in Xiamen,which could provide reference for other cities to establish standardized and normalized Sponge City construction models.
