城市更新背景下组合减震技术在框架结构加固改造中的应用研究

实施城市更新行动是我国提升城市发展质量、满足人民美好生活需求的重要举措.我国目前既有建筑总量庞大,其中许多既有建筑已不能满足当下抗震设防目标,亟需进行加固改造.采用消能减震技术可大幅提高结构抗震性能、保护主体结构减少损伤,且在一定情况下可降低抗震构造措施.本文以某既有图书馆建筑为例,由于区划图和抗震分类标准的调整该建筑抗震设防烈度及抗震等级提高,采用屈曲约束支撑和黏滞阻尼器组合减震的方式,在提高结构刚度的同时增加结构阻尼.分别对结构进行多遇、设防及罕遇地震下的非线性地震工况时程分析,三个阶段下的层间位移角均可满足要求,楼面水平加速度得到较好控制,屈曲约束支撑和黏滞阻尼器耗散了部分地震能量,减少了主体结构的损伤.
Research on Application of Combined Seismic Reduction Technology in Frame Structure Reinforcement and Renovation in Context of Urban Renewal
Implementing urban renewal actions is an important measure for China to improve the quality of urban development and meet the needs of people for a better life.At present,the total number of existing buildings is huge in China,while many of them can no longer meet the current seismic fortification goals,which is urgent to carry out reinforcement and renovation.The use of energy dissipation and seismic reduction technology can significantly improve the seismic performance of building structures,protect the main structure from damage,and in some cases,reduce seismic structural measures.This article takes an existing library building as an example.Due to the adjustment of the zoning map and seismic classification standards,the seismic fortification intensity and seismic grade of the building have been increased.A combination of buckling constrained brace and viscous dampers is used to reduce seismic effects,increasing both structural stiffness and structural damping.The time and process analysis on nonlinear seismic working conditions is conducted on the structure under frequent,fortified,and rare earthquakes.The inter displacement angles in all three stages met the requirements,and the horizontal acceleration of the floor is well controlled.Buckling constrained brace and viscous dampers dissipated some seismic energy,reducing damage to the main structure.
