The renovation of old communities is an important aspect of urban renewal,which is closely related to people's living comfort and hap-piness.With the new round of old residential reconstruction in various places,beneficial exploration are carried out on both the investment way and the transformation content.Taking Rencheng District of Jining City as an example,this paper introduces the innovation and practice of the renovation model for old communities,and puts forward countermeasures for the difficulties and problems in the operation process of the renovation mode and suggest.
