Taking large-scale existing building renovation projects as examples,this paper analyzes the key and difficult points of existing renovation projects,and implements refined project technical planning.Based on the progress management goal of rapid construction of the project,the key innovative technologies used in the project are researched and summarized,such as the utilization of existing temporary facilities,utilization of old materials and equipment,prefabricated decoration technology,centralized procurement of key materials,and interspersed construction technology.The application of key technologies has achieved rapid construction of project engineerings,improved project construction quality,and saved construction investment,providing technical reference for the progress management of existing building renovation projects.
