Analysis of Necessity and Economic Feasibility of Standards Upgrading for Sewage Plants based on Water Environment Constraints——Taking Suqian Economic Development Zone Sewage Treatment Plant as example
Under the background of increasingly strict water environment assessment, standards upgrading of sewage treatment plants has become one of the important means to improve the quality of regional water environment.According to the calculation methods of water environmental capacity, the pollution contribution of various pollution sources to the water environment should be quantitatively judged in the standards upgrading renovation of sewage treatment plants, and then the necessity and standards of standards upgrading renovation for sewage treatment plants should be studied.Neither blindly raising standards nor excessively transforming them.Combined with the difference of water quality standard and the characteristics of influent water quality,an economical and efficient upgrading scheme of sewage treatment plant is selected comprehensively based on the analysis and demonstration of technology feasibility and lifecycle cost,.
