既有公共建筑混凝土屋面光伏建筑一体化改造设计研究与应用——以厦门某老旧办公楼为例

为了研究在既有办公建筑混凝土屋面上进行光伏一体化改造的技术经济可行性,本文以厦门地区某厂区老旧办公楼屋面为例,对其屋面进行光伏一体化改造设计研究,并对改造后的光伏系统运行阶段发电数据进行监测.研究应用结果表明,在厦门地区对屋面进行光伏建筑一体化改造,选用结构级防水的高效光伏组件及适用于建筑的光伏微型逆变器系统,合理设计屋面光伏支架结构及屋面排水组织,不仅可以做到光伏系统本身高效发电,还能够解决老旧屋面漏水问题,起到保温、遮阳、隔热效果,且光伏发电基本可以被建筑自身消纳,在夏季用电负荷高峰一定程度缓解了电网压力,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益.
Research and Application of Renovation Design for Buildings Integrated Photovoltaic with Concrete Roofs in Existing Public Buildings——Taking an old office building in Xiamen as example
This article takes the roof of an old factory office building in Xiamen as example,studies BIPV renovation design of the building roof,and monitors the power generation data of the photovoltaic system after the renovation.The research results show that the roof BIPV renovation in Xiamen can not only achieve high-efficiency power generation of photovoltaic system itself,but also solve the water leakage problem of the old roofs,playing a role in insulation,shading,and heat insulation.Moreover,photovoltaic power generation can alleviates the pressure on the power grid during the peak summer electricity load,which has good economic and social benefits.
