浅析水智控在数据中心制冷系统中的应用

随着大数据产业蓬勃发展,各行各业都在进行信息化建设,搭建自己的数据中心.制冷系统在数据中心尤为重要,其能耗占比也非常高,目前数据中心制冷系统普遍存在腐蚀、局部结垢等问题,导致制冷设备换热效率低下,能耗急剧增加.本文通过对某大型数据中心的制冷系统进行分析,结合工业互联网技术、云平台技术等新兴技术手段,提出水智控管理系统和预防性处理相结合的技术手段,对现有系统进行云化改造,利用云平台进行大数据分析和数学模型实时诊断,通过自动控制水稳剂的投加浓度和排污等措施,有效快速及时解决制冷系统的水质等问题引发的腐蚀、局部结垢等问题,提高制冷系统能源利用效率,实现节能降耗,有效保障数据中心业务应用数据存储安全、稳定运行.
Analysis on Application of Water Intelligence Control in Cooling System for Data Center
With the vigorous development of big data industry,various industries are building their own data centers to promote informationization construction.Cooling systems are particularly important in data centers,with a high proportion of energy consumption.Currently,the common problems of corrosion and local scaling in data center cooling systems have led to low heat exchange efficiency of refrigeration equipment and a sharp increase in energy consumption.By analyzing the cooling system of certain large data center,and combining industrial internet technology,cloud platform technology and other emerging technologies,this paper proposes the technical means of combining water intelligence control management system and preventive treatment measures to foster cloud transformation of the existing system,and utilizes cloud platform for big data analysis and real-time diagnosis of mathematical models.Automatic controls of water stabilizer dosing concentration and sewage discharge and other measures are adopted to effectively and quickly solve the corrosion,local scaling and other problems caused by the water quality and other problems of the cooling system,so as to improve the energy utilization efficiency of the refrigeration system,achieve energy conservation and consumption reduction,effectively maintain the stable operation of the data center business applications,and ensure the data storage security.
