The controlled detailed planning in context of the territorial and spatial planning system is still the legal basis for various construction activities.The complexity of the actual construction and the long-term nature of the urban development determines the characteristics of its controlled planning of high urbanized areas.Taking Daling-Sanya-Jiangweitou areas and Gudu 01 and 02 blocks as examples,this paper expounds that the controlled planning of these areas should be considered from three aspects:the formulation of differentiated compilation strategies,the use of urban design methods and the comprehensive balance of multiple interests.
