摘要
本研究在梳理国内外关于好房子标准研究的基础上,结合实地调研和案例分析,提出了好房子建设标准编制原则和"安全耐久、健康舒适、绿色低碳、智慧便捷"四大共性核心要素,为未来好房子标准体系构建提供指导.
Abstract
On the basis of reviewing research on standards for good housing both domestically and internationally,this paper combines with field investigation and case analysis,proposes the compilation principles for good housing construction standards,and summarizes four common core elements of"safety and durability,health and comfort,green and low-carbon,smart and convenience",providing guidance for the standard system construction for good housing in the future.
