New Models and Policy Suggestions for Promoting Housing Improvement Consumption through Housing Technology and Industrial Development
As a pillar industry of the national economy,the housing industry has decreased its contribution to GDP in the past three years.There are currently two major problems in the housing industry:residents are in a wait-and-see state of expectation for housing appreciation,and residents have not yet met their requirements for improving the quality of housing.The new development model of the housing industry should encourage rapid reconstruction through on-site demolition,ensure the profitability of residents,improve housing quality,and strengthen policy promotion for the new model.Based on two cases of both overall community renewal and individual building demolition and reconstruction,this article summarizes the current solutions and expected implementation effects for promoting housing improvement and consumption.Finally,three suggestions are put forward to promote the application of new industrial technologies,establish a policy system of"public satisfaction,enterprise profitability,and government sustainability",and explore new development models of"residents investment and market participation",in order to provide guidance and suggestions for improving housing consumption development.
