摘要
建筑业是国民经济的重要支柱产业,对经济社会发展、城乡建设和民生改善发挥了重要作用.但长期以来,我国建筑业作为劳动密集型的传统产业,科技贡献率不高、发展方式粗放等问题比较突出,建筑品质与人民群众对美好生活的向往相比仍有差距.本文阐述了开展智能建造的意义,从设计、生产、施工、运维四个阶段介绍了智能建造技术,并分享了采用智能建造技术建造的好房子案例.
Abstract
The construction industry is an important pillar industry of the national economy,which plays crucial role in economic and social development,urban and rural construction as well as the improvement of people's life quality.However,as a traditional labor-intensive industry for a long time,the construction industry in China suffers from limited contribution of science and technology as well as extensive development mode of the industry development.There is still a gap between the quality of building and the expectations of the people.This paper expounds the significance of developing intelligent construction,introduces the intelligent construction technologies from the four stages of design,production,construction,operation and maintenance,and shares the cases of good housing built by intelligent construction technologies.
