摘要
装配式装修作为新型建筑工业化的重要组成部分,通过标准化设计、工厂化生产和现场组装的方式,有效提升居住体验和建筑品质,同时降低施工能耗和建筑垃圾.装配式装修的四大关键技术包括一体化设计技术、部品集成定制、干式工法装配以及结构与管线分离技术等,以好房子展示房项目为例,展示了装配式装修系统在实际工程中的应用效果.装配式装修不仅有助于推动建筑行业的绿色发展和转型升级,而且是实现高质量发展的重要途径,有望在未来的建筑装修行业中发挥更加重要的作用.
Abstract
Prefabricated decoration,as an integral part of new building industrialization,effectively enhances the living experience and building quality through standardized design,factory production,and on-site assembly,while also reducing construction energy consumption and building waste.The four key technologies of prefabricated decoration include integrated design technology,component integration customization,dry method assembly,as well as structural and pipeline separation technology.Taking the good housing demonstration project as example,the application effects of the prefabricated decoration system are demonstrated in practical engineering.Prefabricated decoration not only contributes to promoting the green development and upgrading transformation of the building industry,but also is an important pathway to achieve high-quality development,which is expected to play an increasingly significant role in the future building decoration industry.
