Research and Application of Key Technologies for Green and Low-carbon Transformation
The existing buildings suffers from large stock,high energy consumption,and amplified carbon emissions,which pose huge challenges to urban development.Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,a series of policies to promote the green and low-carbon renovation of existing buildings have been introduced,with a focus on meeting the demand for rigid and improved housing,and striving to provide people with good housing.Green and low-carbon renovation is both an important way to achieve good housing and an inevitable choice for high-quality urban development.This article elaborates on the methods and strategies for green and low-carbon transformation of buildings from four technological paths:production capacity,energy conservation,energy consumption,and energy storage,in order to provide reference and guidance for good housing construction and sustainable development of construction industry in China.
